It provides building blocks for content-addressed data, identity management, repository operations, record signing, lexicon validation, OAuth flows, XRPC clients and services, real-time event processing, rich text utilities, and developer tooling, with components that can be composed into clients, PDSes, AIPs, event processors, and repository tools.
